What is RSS?
RSS is a format for syndicating news (or other types of information). Once a provider serves the data as an RSS feed, users can view it on their PCs by using an RSS aggregator (see below.) The advantage to using RSS feeds is that a user may select different types of information from a variety of Web sites and view them all at the same time.

How do I view RSS on my computer?
To view the news feeds on your computer, you need to download an RSS aggregator. There are many free or commercial RSS aggregators available for download.
